- The Gardens can be visited only through guided tours.

- Entry is not guaranteed without prior ticket purchase and depends on the availability of individual slots.

GUIDED TOURS
The Gardens can be visited only through guided tours.
Tickets are exclusively available and purchasable through our online ticket office.
Duration: approximately 80 minutes.

Access Rules:
- L’Entry to the Gardens of Villa della Pergola is allowed from 10 minutes before the visit starts.
- The tour begins precisely at the scheduled time.
- Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes after the start time will not be granted access.
- No refunds and/or schedule changes are allowed (see Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase).

USEFUL INFORMATION
Accessibility: The Gardens are partially accessible to people with reduced mobility. These are historic gardens with a terraced layout, stairs, and ramps. Where necessary, the use of electric motors is recommended. For personalized experiences, please see the private visits section.
Journalists, press, bloggers: The Press Office is available for information and accreditation. It is mandatory to send a request via email at least three days before the visit. Accreditations not available on weekends or during peak periods.
Photo Policy: Taking professional and/or commercial photographs without authorization is prohibited. Filming for personal use is permitted without tripods or additional lighting. For commercial use, approval from the Press Office is required. (press@villadellapergola.com).
Parking: The Gardens They do NOT have visitor parking. We recommend using public parking in Alassio such as the Railway Station Parking, Piazza Partigiani Parking, or Don Bosco Parking. Taxi service available at +39 0182 646464.
Pet Policy: To protect rare plants and local fauna, pets of any size are not permitted. For pet sitting, contact Sarah at "Il Paradiso dei Cuccioli" in Alassio.
Clothing: Appropriate clothing is required for the visit: closed, comfortable shoes for nature trails. We recommend sunscreen and/or an umbrella. Raincoats are available in our shop. Access is NOT permitted with backpacks, large bags, or other bulky items, which must be checked in at the paid cloakroom. Small bags are permitted.
