IN ALASSIO THE EVENT DEDICATED TO EDULIVE FLOWERS IN THE KITCHEN
This weekend, from 12 to 15 April, the 5th National Cucina con i Fiori Festival will be held in Alassio, the event dedicated to the use of edible flowers in the kitchen, conceived and curated by the Associazione Ristoranti della Tavolozza under the aegis of the Municipality of Alassio and supported by Gesco and the Marina of Alassio.
The objective of the festival is to promote the knowledge and use of flowers in cooking, enhancing the nutritional properties and gastronomic potential of these ingredients.
During the days of the Festival there are numerous tastings, show cooking, educational moments and meetings with chefs, companies, journalists and sector operators.
