Great news in Alassio: guided visits to the famous park, already winner of the "The most beautiful park in Italy" award, continue in autumn and winter.
The Gardens will continue to welcome visitors with guided tours, workshops and special tours.
The Gardens are preparing to enchant once again, revealing their charm during the autumn and winter seasons, surrounded by a soft, golden light.
The blooms, the collection of fruiting citrus fruits and the foliage will be the absolute protagonists, coloring the paths with bright shades and spreading heady aromas. In an exclusive itinerary that will include areas not usually accessible, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the warm autumn colors and enjoy an intimate and evocative atmosphere.
Among the curiosities is the flowering of the Tetrapanax Papyrifer in recent days.
Tetrapanax papyrifer, belonging to the Araliaceae family, is a shrubby plant of subtropical origin, particularly appreciated for its imposing appearance and its peculiar botanical characteristics. The broad leaves, palmate and deeply lobed, can reach 50 cm in diameter, creating a dense canopy that recalls the native forests of China.
In autumn, the plant produces terminal panicle inflorescences, composed of small white flowers with a globular shape and velvety consistency, arranged in dense clusters. Tetrapanax flowers attract pollinating insects, further enriching the biodiversity of the Gardens.
Each visit will be a unique experience: the Park lives, constantly changes day after day and amazes with ever-changing colours, scents and scenography. Among the inhabitants of these enchanted Gardens it is possible to spot red squirrels, barn owls, hedgehogs, robins and falcons along the way.
Guided tours will continue until the end of January. In February the Gardens will be visited exclusively by private groups and schools.
